Our self-guided workshops are digital products, delivered instantly. As soon as checkout is complete, your download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives by email. Because you have full access to the files right away, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

If something goes wrong (a link that won't open, a file that didn't come through, or a duplicate charge), email us at jen@halsteadcreativeco.com and we'll make it right quickly.
